Meet Ed – Maintenance Manager

With over 20 years in the trade, Ed is the cornerstone of our maintenance team – known within Markson as ‘The Oracle’ for his depth of knowledge and practical expertise.

From roofing and plumbing to electrical work and site surveys, Ed has seen (and solved) just about everything.

Routine Maintenance

Seasonal cleaning and inspection of gutters, downpipes, and gulleys; replacement of broken roof tiles and flashing.

Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and general garden upkeep.

Replacing switches and outlets, resetting circuit breakers, troubleshooting electrical faults and installing/repairing light fixtures.
