Meet James – Head of Property Management
I bought my first bachelor pad in Clifton in 2001, a family home in Redland in 2008 and a buy-to-let in Southville in 2013. I’ve called Bristol home since that very first purchase, and over the years, I’ve grown to know and love these streets and neighbourhoods.
My parents inspired my love of property and the rewards of investing in bricks and mortar – especially the potential of a good doer-upper. I have a genuine appreciation for both period features and modern efficiencies, and I’ve personally taken on my fair share of hands-on projects – from restoring sash windows, rebuilding stone walls, fitting bathrooms and landscaping courtyards.
Having experienced life as both an owner and a client, I understand what good management should feel like. In my spare time, you’ll find me taxiing the kids, playing guitar and tending to and restoring a 400-year-old farmhouse.

Your property is protected with up-to-date Health & Safety & Legislative practices, including comprehensive insurance cover, ensuring peace of mind if the unexpected happens.
As an affiliate member of the TPI, we stay fully up to date with Health & Safety legislation and ensure works are carried out with both safety and aesthetics in mind. We partner with insurance brokers to secure comprehensive, competitive cover for your property and liaise directly with insurers if the unexpected happens.

Budgets are clear, reserves are maintained, and reports provide a straightforward view of your finances at all times.
Strong financial management is at the heart of what we do. We’ll work with you to set annual budgets, establish reserve funds, and keep you fully informed with clear, regular reports.
