James Robinson
Head of Property Management
James bought his first bachelor pad in Clifton in 2001, a family home in Redland in 2008 and a buy-to-let in Southville in 2013. He has called Bristol home since that very first purchase, and over the years, he has grown to know and love these streets and neighbourhoods. His parents inspired his love of property and the rewards of investing in bricks and mortar – especially the potential of a good doer-upper. James has a genuine appreciation for both period features and modern efficiencies, and he has personally taken on his fair share of hands-on projects – from restoring sash windows, rebuilding stone walls, fitting bathrooms and landscaping courtyards. Having experienced life as both an owner and a client, he understands what good management should feel like. In James’s spare time, you’ll find him taxiing the kids, playing guitar and tending to and restoring a 400-year-old farmhouse.
