With a hands on approach Pepin has experience in day-to-day management across both period conversions and purpose built apartments. From listed and historic buildings to modern residential blocks, his broad knowledge base is key to understanding the unique requirements of each asset and how to manage them effectively.
His interest in property started early and prior to managing buildings Pepin had his own small development business where he ran projects across the Southwest concentrating on the residential sector. Outside of work he enjoys playing tennis, football and spending time with his family- especially when the sun is shining.
